Sharing this great town and the natural mountain beauty makes our responsibility as Realtors an exciting profession with our main mission being to educate buyers and sellers about real estate issues in western North Carolina. Personally, having worked with Appalachian Realty since 1984, I have developed a wide range of expertise ranging from marketing homes, commercial real estate, undeveloped land, and farms. Through the years, I have earned the reputation as being one of the top land and farm specialists in our region.
I have lived in the Asheville area since 1975 after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond with a degree in Park Management. My expertise beyond real estate includes historic restoration, building construction, trout farming, and shade tree wrenching. Many of my activities outside of real estate take place in our great outdoor settings and revolves around mountain and road bicycling, running, snowboarding, and hiking.
