Broker in Charge

I am the founder, owner, and broker in charge at Appalachian Realty. I moved to Asheville in 1974 from Miami, Florida with my artist husband, young son, and two dogs. We lived in the country pursuing our interests in gardening, art, music, health, and natural foods. Remodeling a building in Downtown Asheville for a natural foods café led to other real estate projects, and Appalachian Realty was subsequently started in 1979.

We at Appalachian Realty are a family of a couple dozen associates from all walks of life, with a wide range of experiences, interests, and expertise. We work out of a classic arts and crafts bungalow located a few blocks north of Downtown Asheville that we converted to an office years ago. I am very proud of our company. We have achieved a high level of professionalism and effectiveness without sacrificing our comfortable, casual surroundings. We treat our clients with respect and integrity and they respond with repeat business, referrals, and friendship.
